At Reload we have 3 different sized outlets and operations to choose from.

The 6-10 m2 outlet are best situated in the front of malls or buildings where there is a high foot traffic count. This outlet is ideal for small areas in Malls and buildings where space is a premium and will cut down on the rental per square metre.T he look of the outlet will have an immediate impact on passing pedestrian traffic.

The cost of this outlet is $120,000.00+Gst depending on the location. This includes our franchise fee(50,000+Gst) training, shop fitout and equipment.

The second outlet is the 17-20m2 kiosk. This outlet is best suited in a mall within the food court. This design is striking and attracts the customer with the great visuals and fresh produce that is displayed in the chill well. We have made sure that the outlet is able to have all of the product delivered to it and everything is made on site.

The cost of this outlet is $160,000.00+Gst depending on the location. This includes our franchise fee ($50,000+Gst) training, shop fitout and equipment.

Our third outlet is the street shop, which is best situated in busy office areas or close to a university. We have designed this shop so that when you first enter it you are taken by the fresh produce inside the chill well and colours that have been carefully chosen to maximise the freshness and vitality of the area. Within the shop we have seating for the customer and have made the motion economy for the staff a priority in making efficient use of the workspace.

The cost for this outlet is $210,000.00+Gst depending on the location. This includes our franchise fee ($50,000+Gst) training, shop fitout and equipment.

1. Once we have received your application,(which you can download at the bottom of this page) we will then set up a telephone interview with you within 48 hours.
2. An interview will then take place at our offices in Dunedin where you will be given an introduction to the Reload system and we will discuss the opportunity to become part of Reload. All parties involved must attend this interview. This will also give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
3. After your interview we will assess your suitability to join the Reload Team. If successful we will then send through to you a franchise agreement and disclosure document. At this stage we will require a deposit to process your franchise agreement through our legal team of $2000.00.You will need to find for your self a legal advisor and a financial advisor. If unsuccessful we will let you know and will not move any further with your application.
4. We will then move forward to find a site for your outlet. From the time you have joined Reload to the opening of your outlet can take 4-5 months, but we want to find for you the best possible location.

There may be some variance in the price due to location and additional improvements that may be necessary for the outlet.
